Café Sierra Wine List

Welcome to Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City

b1

It is a pleasure to serve you in one of our dining rooms.

Whether you are having a casual lunch or a formal dinner, we hope that when you choose wine as the beverage to accompany your food, you will find one to enhance your dining experience.

While no wine list can offer every wine, we have created a list with a wide range of selections from California and beyond; across the major wine producing regions of the world.

We have added a brief description of the body, or weight, of the wines from light to heavy We have also included a word or two about the style and flavor of each, to assist you when choosing a wine that may be unfamiliar to you.

Please feel free to ask any of our staff for further assistance or recommendations. We want you to enjoy every wine and every dining experience in our hotel.

In Vino Veritas,

Ray Javapour
Director of Food & Beverage
