PROFESSIONAL A/V TECHNICIANS
SET-UP AND TEAR-DOWN LABOR
Monday-Friday 5 a.m.-5 p.m. $ 50.00/hour
Monday-Friday 5 p.m.-Midnight $ 60.00/hour
Monday-Friday Midnight-5 a.m. $ 75.00/hour
Saturday and Sunday 5 a.m. - 5 p.m. $ 60.00/hour
Saturday and Sunday 5 p.m.-5 a.m. $ 75.00/hour
All Holidays $100.00/hour
Labor will be charged for set-up and tear-down of video projection,
multi-image, audio reinforcement systems, stage lighting,
fast-fold screens, and drape at the rates listed above.
OPERATOR LABOR
Monday-Friday $ 70.00/hour
Saturday and Sunday $ 75.00/hour
All Holidays $100.00/hour
All labor rates listed above are hourly rates per technician,
based on a 4 hour minimum per technician.
AUDIO PATCH FEE
There will be a $250.00 audio patch fee assessed to clients who bring in their own audio visual equipment and/or their own audio visual rental company and wish to patch into the in-house audio system in any ballroom or meeting room.A technician will be on-site to facilitate the audio patch and oversee the use of the in-house audio system during the event There will be a 19% service charge on all equipment rentals and labor rates.
